Employer Sponsored Visas (ENS / 457)The employer sponsored visa allows lawfully operating employers to sponsor and employ skilled workers from overseas, who have recognised qualifications and skills or experience in particular occupations that are required in Australia. The main employer sponsored visas are the: temporary employer sponsored visa business long stay - standard business sponsorship visa (subclass 457) and the permanent employer nominated scheme visa (subclass 121 and subclass 856), which is also known as the ENS visa. Generally, you have to show that the employer meets the sponsorship requirement, the job nominated meets the nomination requirement and the employee's qualifications, skills and experience matches the nominated position. The 457 visa is a popular visa, which allows overseas people to work in Australia for three months to four years depending on the business sponsorship. | ||
